Our square cold-drawn steels

Cold-drawn +C

From 1/8″ to 5″

Fortis Metals offers cold drawn square bar sourced from either coil or bar. These bars are available in sizes ranging from 1/8” to 5”. Our carbon steel square bar is known for its durability and versatility, making it suitable for various applications.

Typically, cold drawn squares are provided with sharp edges and in their natural state. Fortis Metals also offers products with specific heat treatments (stress relieving, annealing, normalization, quenching, and tempering) and performs automatic ultrasonic control on each individual bar. These heat treatments are conducted at our production sites by qualified personnel using state-of-the-art equipment.

In addition to cold drawn square bars, we also offer hot rolled steel square bars and a36 hot rolled options. Our hot rolled products are made to meet the highest standards, ensuring excellent case hardening properties and good case hardening qualities.

Our cold rolled products are part of our extensive inventory of cold rolled steels, providing high-quality materials for various industrial uses. The roll steel square bar products we offer are designed to meet specific needs, ensuring both strength and reliability.

We also supply carbon steel square bars, known for their high quality and good case hardening properties. These bars are ideal for various applications due to their strength and durability.

Our carbon steel offerings include a wide range of steel square bar options, tailored to meet the diverse requirements of our clients. We can supply squares according to customer specifications or with special shapes (such as radius corners or custom shapes; visit our special profiles section).
